These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Golf Side Bets mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

The App is intended solely as a score tracking and game calculation tool. Golf Side Bets does not facilitate gambling, handle payments, or process financial transactions of any kind. Any wagers, side bets, or financial arrangements between players occur entirely outside of the App and are the sole responsibility of the users.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the App in your jurisdiction.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Golf Side Bets does not provide gambling services. The App does not accept wagers, hold money, process payments, or facilitate financial transactions between users. The App simply calculates results based on scores entered by users.
Any wagers or financial exchanges between players occur entirely outside of the App and are the sole responsibility of the users. Golf Side Bets has no involvement in and accepts no responsibility for any financial arrangements between users.
The App provides scoring and game calculation tools for convenience only. Results generated by the App depend entirely on scores entered by users, player handicaps, and course information stored in the system.
Golf Side Bets does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed in the App. Users are solely responsible for verifying scores, handicaps, course data, and game results before relying on information generated by the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golf Side Bets disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy or reliability of results. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golf Side Bets and its developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to:
In no event shall Golf Side Bets be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf Side Bets and its developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, disputes between users, or any wagers or financial arrangements between players.
Golf Side Bets reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated, the App is misused, or continued access could create risk or harm. Termination may occur without prior notice.
Golf Side Bets may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice. The App may also be updated periodically to improve functionality or security.
Golf Side Bets may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
